How it all started

Matt and Jamie were raised in the surrounding area.  Matt’s love for the restaurant business started at a young age working for his dad at Jay’s Drive In.  Matt & Jamie began their journey when purchasing The Cave in Byron, IL.  Although, they recently had a tragic fire, The Cave will be up and running again soon! They also own Aero Ale House in Loves Park & Byron.  Aero is known for their Craft Beer & Cocktails and Scratch Kitchen. They just opened The HUNT Club where you can relax after a long day of work or hunting! You can often find Matt & Jamie at any of their establishments working along side their employees.  They strive for great customer service, friendly atmosphere, and delivering high quality products! If you visit any of their establishments, you will notice that it feels like home!
